Overview

Our cancellation and amendment policy sets out the fees and timelines that apply if you need to change or cancel your booking.

Cancellation Fees

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund less any non-refundable fees.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 14 days before departure: no refund unless otherwise stated.

Amendments

Amendments are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee. Any change in price resulting from the amendment will be charged.

How to Cancel

To cancel or amend a booking, contact us at enquiries@ourrootssg.com including your booking reference and details of the change.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will offer alternatives where possible.
